We will notify you immediately if there is a delay or if your item is backordered. Please allow 1-5 days for ground shipping. For faster delivery, use 2-day select or Next Day Service. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

Packages shipped by ground to New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland and placed before 4:00 PM EST will arrive the next business day at no additional charge! (Sorry, but USPS cannot offer a service guarantee)

Express Shipping

If you definitely need your package in a hurry, please select from our two guaranteed express shipping options:
* USPS Express Mail Service (EMS) - Guaranteed delivery by 12:00 PM the next business day.
* USPS Second Day - Guaranteed delivery by 5:00 PM the second day to DHL's primary delivery areas.

HI & AK Shipping

Due to shipping restrictions, packages will be shipped by USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation. You should receive your order within 5-9 business days.

Canadian and International Orders

We ship to Canada by USPS Express Mail Service (EMS) to ensure quick customs clearance of your items. We also accept International Orders by email service@woofonline.com. For all International Orders, including shipments to Canada, customs fees will be billed to the receiver.

Free shipping for domestic orders over $100!

We use USPS exclusively for all of our shipments. There is no additional handling charge because we don't believe we should charge extra for packing materials. We offer free shipping for orders over $100.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages

If your Woof purchase is damaged during shipping, you must notify us with in 24 hours of receipt. We will send out a call tag and have the shipper pink up the package from you. If the packag
